{"id":1410,"date":"2024-06-19T08:04:10","date_gmt":"2024-06-19T08:04:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/OlivadeMallorca\/en\/loliva-de-taula-amb-dop-oliva-de-mallorca-clau-en-la-supervivencia-de-lolivar-de-muntanya\/"},"modified":"2024-10-07T12:27:06","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T12:27:06","slug":"loliva-de-taula-amb-dop-oliva-de-mallorca-clau-en-la-supervivencia-de-lolivar-de-muntanya","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/olivademallorca.es\/en\/loliva-de-taula-amb-dop-oliva-de-mallorca-clau-en-la-supervivencia-de-lolivar-de-muntanya\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019oliva de taula amb DOP Oliva de Mallorca, clau en la superviv\u00e8ncia de l\u2019olivar de muntanya"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/olivademallorca.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/I-Jornada-Oliva-de-Mallorca-17.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1404\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Centre Capvespre de S\u00f3ller va acollir divendres la I Jornada Oliva de Mallorca organitzada pel Consell Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Protegida Oliva de Mallorca, entitat de certificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oliva de taula de qualitat procedent de l\u2019olivar tradicional de Mallorca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualment, els olivars dels productors inscrits a la DOP Oliva de Mallorca es concentren majorit\u00e0riament a entorns de muntanya, concretament a la Serra de Tramuntana, fet que condiciona la rendibilitat econ\u00f2mica de les explotacions de les quals prov\u00e9 l\u2019oliva de taula de la varietat aut\u00f2ctona, la mallorquina, essent aquest l\u2019aspecte principal que va ocupar la primera edici\u00f3 de la jornada.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jove olivicultor Felip Mart\u00ed va compartir la seva experi\u00e8ncia en la gesti\u00f3 de diversos olivars de muntanya i l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia per aconseguir equilibrar l\u2019elevat cost de la producci\u00f3 d\u2019oliva a les plantacions de tipologia tradicional, una de les principals raons que condueixen a l\u2019abandonament de l\u2019activitat a la Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I \u00e9s que, tal com es va assenyalar a la reuni\u00f3, als darrers 30 anys les zones boscoses de la Serra de Tramuntana s\u2019han incrementat en un 70%, problem\u00e0tica que va ocupar bona part del conversacional entre l\u2019enginyer agr\u00edcola, Manuel Bueno i el president de la Cooperativa Agr\u00edcola de S\u00f3ller, Miquel Gual, amb intervencions del conseller d\u2019Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, Joan Simonet; el director general d\u2019Agricultura, Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez; el director insular de la Serra de Tramuntana, Antoni Solivellas, que coincidiren en la import\u00e0ncia de mantenir les zones agr\u00edcoles i la recuperaci\u00f3 de noves.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Centre Capvespre de S\u00f3ller va acollir divendres la I Jornada Oliva de Mallorca organitzada pel Consell Regulador de la Denominaci\u00f3 d\u2019Origen Protegida Oliva de Mallorca, entitat de certificaci\u00f3 de l\u2019oliva de taula de qualitat procedent de l\u2019olivar tradicional de Mallorca.
