Oliva de Mallorca ha estat present a Madrid Fusion, congr\u00e9s de cuina d\u2019avantguarda que enguany ha congregat prop de 2000 congressistes, m\u00e9s de 700 periodistes arribats de 41 pa\u00efsos i ha atret al voltant de 13.000 visitants al llarg de tres jornades.<\/p>\n
El consell regulador va presentar a l’estand compartit amb la DO Oli de Mallorca l’oliva de taula de les marques emparades amb l’objectiu de que els visitants i congressistes d’aquesta edici\u00f3 conegu\u00e8ssin no sols l’oliva de la varietat mallorquina, sino tamb\u00e9 les tres elaboracions amb les que es comercialitza mitjan\u00e7ant el tast.<\/p>\n

El gust i textura de l’oliva de taula mallorquina inevitablement sorprenen fora de la illa, a on majorit\u00e0riament s’empleen procesos d’elaboraci\u00f3 diferents al tradicional de Mallorca, aix\u00f2 sense comptar amb altres valors afegits com el fet de ser un producte provinent d’oliveres centen\u00e0ries situades a un entorn de muntanya que obliga a una collita manual i sel\u00b7leccionant els millors fruits.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
